• Attorney Borgos received his juris doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 1995. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he majored in psychology - a background that has unexpectedly served him very well in his law practice over the years. He is proudly a local: born in Glens Falls Hospital and graduated from Queensbury High School.

    Following four years as an associate attorney, he became a partner in the law firm of Muller & Muller in 2000, leaving there in 2004 to form Borgos & Del Signore PC with his lifelong friend Mark Del Signore.

    Attorney Borgos has handled many types of cases in his career, but now enjoys focusing his practice in real estate, development, business formation and advising, traffic tickets, wills and estates. He has been very active in community organizations over the years, including serving as past Chairman of the Economic Development Corporation of Warren County, past-President of the Warren County Local Development Corporation, current member of the Loan Review Committee of the WCLDC, board member of the Greater Glens Falls Amateur Athletic Championships Association, Inc., past board member of the Southern Adirondack Realtors, Inc., current Chairman of the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee of SAR, past board member of Literacy Volunteers of Glens Falls, past board member of the GF Nation Fund, President of the Robert J. Nolan Foundation, Inc., and many other organizations and committees with the community and Glens Falls School District where his three children attended. He resides in Glens Falls with his wife, Renee.

Mark Del Signore
  • Attorney Mark S. Del Signore grew up in the Town of Queensbury, where the offices of Borgos and Del Signore are located. He graduated from Brown University in 1992 with a B.A. in Economics. He then received his J.D., with honors, from the Albany Law School of Union University in 1995, was admitted to the bar in both New York and Massachusetts and returned home to begin his career in law.

    After being exposed to several areas of practice through working at two prominent local firms where, he and Michael Borgos decided to form Borgos and Del Signore, P.C. in 2004 to take advantage of their combined history and familiarity with the local region.

    Attorney Del Signore focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions through the representation of purchasers, sellers and lenders, while also handling small business formations and estate planning. He remains involved in the community having served, past and present, on the boards of several local not-for-profits aimed at improving the lives of local residents.
